Suggested Usage:
-This product is designed to be applied on bare lids—no primer or precision necessary.
-For more depth, apply multiple coats of a single color or pair matte and twinkling shades together.
Apply as an eyeshadow:
-Glide the flat side of the applicator along your top lash line, then quickly blend the pigment upwards into the crease with your fingertips (or a brush, if you prefer).
-For a sheer, soft wash of color, dot the center of your eyelid and buff out.
Apply as an eyeliner:
-Using the thin side of the applicator, draw along your top lash line.
-Use the tip of the applicator to extend the line from the outer eye corner to the crease.
-Using a clean brush or the edge of your finger, stretch the top of the liner and create a winged look.
