How to Use

Suggested Usage:

- Dip the tip of an eyeliner brush (sold separately) into the eyeliner, being sure to coat both sides of the brush. 

- Wipe off any excess with a tissue. 

- Working quickly, apply the eyeliner in short, even strokes, working close to the lashline and moving from the inner to the outer corner of the eye.
